The position of Restaurant Shift Supervisor at SSP America offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive wage of $24.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. As a critical member of the management team, the Restaurant Shift Supervisor supports daily restaurant operations, ensures adherence to operational and brand standards, and plays an essential role in coaching and developing team members. A primary focus of this role is to prioritize the guest experience, consistently delivering service excellence while managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
In this leadership role, the Restaurant Shift Supervisor is entrusted with maintaining operational standards by ensuring the timely completion of necessary checklists and cleaning schedules. They act as a training buddy during the induction process to new team members, fostering a comprehensive orientation and reinforcing brand standards. Clear communication of job duties, priorities, and expectations is vital for this role, as it helps in motivating and guiding the team towards achieving business goals. The Restaurant Shift Supervisor also monitors and documents team performance, providing constructive feedback to assist team members in improving their skills and job capabilities.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a 10-year TSA background check, a critical security compliance in airport settings. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
