Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a 10-year TSA background check
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Full service restaurant experience preferred
- Experience in front-of-house and back-of-house roles is an asset
- Barista experience is an asset

- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Support the management team in ensuring service standards are consistently achieved by the team
- Understand that the guest is the number one priority
- Maintain brand operational standards and ensure restaurant checklists and cleaning schedules are completed daily
- Coach team members through the induction process acting as a training buddy
- Communicate and clarify major job duties, priorities, and expectations to team members
- Provide support, direction, and encouragement to help the team achieve business goals
- Monitor and document team member performance, providing feedback to assist development
- Ensure products are of the highest quality
- Oversee cash duties
- Resolve uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
