Job Requirements

  • Ability to pass a 10-year TSA background check
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Full service restaurant experience preferred
  • Experience in front-of-house and back-of-house roles is an asset
  • Barista experience is an asset

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in ensuring service standards are consistently achieved by the team
  • Understand that the guest is the number one priority
  • Maintain brand operational standards and ensure restaurant checklists and cleaning schedules are completed daily
  • Coach team members through the induction process acting as a training buddy
  • Communicate and clarify major job duties, priorities, and expectations to team members
  • Provide support, direction, and encouragement to help the team achieve business goals
  • Monitor and document team member performance, providing feedback to assist development
  • Ensure products are of the highest quality
  • Oversee cash duties
  • Resolve uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
