Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant hospitality or food and beverage supervision preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
- Proficient in knife skills and food preparation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant hospitality or food and beverage supervisory experience preferred
- Previous bartending experience and knowledge of food and beverage operations including staffing equipment and guest relations
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English including guest requests and banquet event orders
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy
- Proficient knife skills and ability to perform prep work with dexterity
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Perform all front- and back-of-house roles including server cashier and expeditor as needed
- Supervise staff and oversee department operations in manager's absence
- Support ongoing training to uphold service and brand standards
- Monitor food quality service cleanliness and sanitation across all areas
- Manage inventory order supplies and control payroll and equipment costs
- Interact with guests to promote services and resolve concerns effectively
- Utilize POS systems for accurate billing revenue tracking and service efficiency
- Uphold a professional appearance and support hotel policies and procedures
