The position requires physical stamina to stand and move around the restaurant and kitchen areas and skills such as proficient knife techniques and food preparation.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking career growth in the hospitality industry and offers the chance to work in an environment that values flexibility, continuous training, and professional development. The Omaha Marriott Downtown provides a competitive pay rate starting at $15 per hour plus tips and offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes free balanced meals during shifts, room and dining discounts across Marcus Hotels & Resorts and Marriott worldwide locations, early wage access, flexible scheduling, and medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment. Additional benefits include paid time off, company-paid life insurance, an employee assistance program, and a 401k plan with employer match.
