- completed at least high school education
- at least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- high energy level
- able to work varying work schedules including holidays
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner and adaptable
- computer literate in MS Office applications

Job Duties
- implement assigned product/service quality or cleanliness & sanitation program
- implement assigned crew management activity
- implement assigned cost management activity
- manage operations of assigned packaged program
- assist general manager and store management team to achieve store business goals
- ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- support employee training and development
