Job Requirements

- minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or assistant management

Job Duties
- oversee daily store operations including opening, peak hours, and closing
- ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen, dining, and restroom areas
- enforce food safety and health department compliance
- train, coach, and supervise staff including cashiers, line cooks, and prep personnel
- create weekly schedules based on sales volume and labor targets
- maintain team accountability through standard operating procedures, checklists, and performance tracking
- handle employee issues, attendance, and disciplinary actions when needed
- manage labor cost within target ranges of 22 percent to 28 percent
- control food cost through portioning, inventory management, and waste reduction
- track daily sales, upselling performance, and average ticket size
- execute strategies to increase revenue including combos, catering, and promotions
- manage ordering for food, packaging, and supplies
- monitor inventory levels to prevent over-ordering or shortages
- ensure proper storage, rotation using FIFO method, and waste control
- handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
- maintain a positive and welcoming environment
- ensure fast service and smooth order flow during peak hours
