The role of Restaurant Manager at our Dunkin' franchise is crucial to our success. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will manage operational duties such as controlling food costs, maintaining inventory and purchasing, scheduling staff to meet guest demand efficiently, and enforcing safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Conducting regular self-assessments and preparing for quarterly bonus plans will be necessary components of your role.

Your management responsibilities also extend to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members while continuously coaching and appraising employee performance. Job Duties

  • Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant crew members
  • Deliver training to restaurant crew members
  • Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
  • Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to crew members
  • Execute new product roll-outs including training, marketing and sampling
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws
  • Control food costs to help maximize profitability
  • Complete inventory count and purchasing on a weekly basis
  • Complete weekly labor schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards
  • Conduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans
  • Completion of quarterly bonus plans
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
  • Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance
  • Coach restaurant crew members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
