Job Requirements
- full time availability during all hours of operation including at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing
- valid state driver’s license

Job Duties
- provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment through cleaning and general housekeeping duties
- assign shift duties to team members and ensure completion
- direct team to ensure food preparation and service comply with brand, company, and health department regulations
- coach team members on food preparation and production management
- cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records during shifts
- complete end of shift and day paperwork and cash counts
- communicate discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- complete administrative duties like paperwork, inventory and cash counts, and truck orders in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- guarantee a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
- complete incident reports following company policies
- partner with the Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
- embody company values of teamwork, integrity, ownership, and competitive spirit
