Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- assign shift duties to team members and follow up to ensure completion
- direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand and health department regulations
- coach team members to follow food preparation and production guidelines
- cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
- complete end of shift and day paperwork and counts
- communicate discrepancies to supervisor
- complete daily, weekly, and end of period paperwork in absence of Restaurant Manager
- perform inventory and cash counts
- place truck orders and handle other administrative duties
- guarantee a safe environment by following safety codes and government laws
- complete incident reports following company policy
- partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational goals
