The role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Circle K is a crucial position that provides support to the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations and acts as the leader in the Restaurant Manager’s absence. This full-time position requires flexibility in shift availability, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, to meet the store’s operational demands. The Restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising team members, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining compliance with brand, company, and health department regulations. Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • coach and correct team
  • conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
  • assign shift duties to team members and follow up to ensure completion
  • direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
  • coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
  • cascade relevant information to team members and assist with new product training
  • place campaign materials upon request
  • ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records during shifts
  • complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
  • communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
  • complete daily, weekly, and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
  • guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
  • complete reports on all incidents following company policy
  • partner with Restaurant Manager to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
  • live company values and promote a positive work culture
