Job Requirements

High school diploma or foreign equivalency
Minimum of one year restaurant experience in a land-based or shipboard operation
Experience selling and serving wine and other beverage products
Intermediate to advanced English verbal and writing skills
Completion of courses or training in safety, environmental, public health and sanitation regulations
Able to work seven days a week
Must maintain professional appearance and good hygiene
Able to live and work in close quarters with others
Physically capable of standing, walking long distances, climbing stairs and lifting over 25 pounds
Able to participate in emergency life saving procedures and drills
Adaptable to changing schedules and supervisor directives
