Team members are expected to show initiative, contribute positively to the work atmosphere, and consistently deliver excellent service. City Barbeque offers a comprehensive benefits package including opportunities for raises twice a year, free BBQ meals up to $2,400 per year, a 25% food discount when not working, free uniforms and slip-resistant shoes, vacation pay, a 401k matching program, an annual scholarship opportunity valued at $3,000, flexible scheduling, and medical, dental, and vision insurance after a preliminary waiting period of 60 days. This position provides an excellent opportunity for those seeking both part-time and full-time employment with a company that values employee growth and satisfaction.
