- Ability to work in a fast and independent manner
- Must follow proper recipes and procedures consistently
- Ability to cross-train and work multiple stations
- Maintain high standards for food preparation and sanitation
- Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
- Arrive on time for shifts and practice proper time reporting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environments advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Arrive on time for shifts and accurately record time worked
- Complete hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate to prepare take out and catering orders promptly
- Follow station checklists and cleaning lists thoroughly
- Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
- Cross-train and work multiple stations as needed
- Adhere consistently to proper recipes and food preparation procedures
