- Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry or equivalent combination of relevant supervisory, lead or training experience and industry experience
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Open and close the restaurant by following appropriate checklists
- Ensure profitability through sales, labor cost control, and food waste management
- Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations
- Train, coach and develop team members
- Ensure team adherence to rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe working environment for all team members and guests
- Assign daily tasks to team members and follow up
