Your role as a Busser/Runner is fundamental to maintaining the smooth operation and reputation of our restaurant. This position requires a friendly and energetic individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the service team. As a Busser/Runner, you will be the friendly face greeting guests upon arrival, contributing to their initial impression and overall dining experience. You will be responsible for setting up your station before each shift, keeping the dining and service areas clean by pre-bussing tables and refilling drinks as needed. Running hot food from the kitchen to the guests quickly and efficiently is another key duty, ensuring quality and timely service. You will work closely with servers to provide any needed guest support, making sure customer satisfaction remains high. A strong understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards is essential to ensure a hygienic environment for both staff and guests. This position requires standing and moving continuously throughout an 8 to 12 hour shift, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
