Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Busser/Runner, a vital role within our restaurant operations. This position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about contributing to the guest experience and supporting the front-of-house team. The Busser/Runner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and setup of the dining area, assisting servers by refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables, and ensuring that hot food is delivered promptly to guests. The role requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor towards both guests and team members.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • No visible tattoos or piercings that violate company policy
  • Legal authorization to work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Customer-service oriented attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Welcoming every guest into our restaurant with a smile
  • Setting up station for the shift
