Shake Shack is currently seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join its vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations by managing the flow of service and leading a high-performing team during shifts. The Shift Manager will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, food quality, and speed of service. In addition to operational management, this role involves supporting functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management. The Shift Manager will also participate in hiring processes and assist in maintaining positive employee relations, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.

This position offers a starting hourly rate between $21.00 and $25.00, with eligibility for performance bonuses, making it a rewarding opportunity for those passionate about hospitality leadership.
