The Shift Manager position at Shake Shack Hillsdale Mall is a full-time, hands-on leadership role with a starting hourly rate ranging from $24.00 to $28.00. This pivotal role requires managing operational team members to maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, food quality, and speed of service. A Shift Manager oversees the daily workflow during shifts and plays an integral part in building and sustaining a high-performing team of hourly Team Members. This role may also include supporting operational functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management, contributing to smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of restaurant leadership experience, possessing strong problem-solving and communication skills.
