Job Description

Today, it stands as one of the fastest-growing hospitality brands in the country, known not only for its delicious food but also for its unwavering commitment to quality, community, and hospitality. With roots deeply embedded in fine dining and a dedication to giving back, Shake Shack has cultivated a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects its mission to "Stand For Something Good." The company continually fosters an atmosphere where team members are empowered to develop their skills and grow their careers while contributing meaningfully to both the business and the communities it serves.

Working at Shake Shack means joining the #ShackFam, where you will find continuous learning, career development, and a fun, inclusive workplace culture. The company values effective communication, problem-solving, and employee engagement, ensuring that every Shift Manager contributes to an exceptional guest experience while fostering a supportive workplace.

Shake Shack's commitment to its team extends beyond the workplace with industry-leading benefits including weekly pay, performance bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off and sick leave, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, commuter benefits, exclusive corporate discounts, meal discounts, charitable opportunities, employee resource groups, and numerous career development opportunities.
