The role available is a leadership position centered around managing the flow of service and directing team members during shifts to uphold the highest standards in safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency. This position involves overseeing operational functions including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management, ensuring seamless service flow.   • Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
  • Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
  • Monitor and improve team performance
  • Address guest concerns promptly
