The role of Shift Manager at Noodles & Company is essential in maintaining the high standards the brand is known for. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to perform routine restaurant tasks
- Experience supporting front- and back-of-house operations
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to maintain clear communication with team members
