This position involves managing the flow of service in the restaurant, directing the work of team members during shifts to maintain the highest standards in safety, cleanliness, food quality, and service speed. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of restaurant leadership experience and is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams of hourly workers. Beyond frontline supervision, this role may also include operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management, providing a comprehensive restaurant management experience. Additionally, the person in this position participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations, contributing to the company's positive culture and ensuring staff wellbeing.
