Job Duties
- Lead high energy shifts

- ensure food orders are prepared to standards

- report risk management issues to general manager
- support adherence to uniform policy
- support management in controlling labor cost, waste monitoring, sales, and cost of goods
- manage daily cash procedures

- support programs and initiatives during shifts
- ensure marketing tools are implemented
- report new hire paperwork and separations promptly
