Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations
- at least 2 years experience leading shifts or supervising teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- strong decision-making skills to run shifts independently
- ability to maintain a visible and engaged leadership presence on the floor
- flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capability to perform well under pressure and motivate team members to exceed standards

Job Duties
- Execute smooth openings, closings, and peak service periods
- hold team members accountable to service, speed, and quality standards
- actively coach and develop staff in real time
- ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- manage cash controls, inventory flow, and shift performance metrics
- resolve guest and team issues quickly, professionally, and confidently
