Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations
  • at least 2 years experience leading shifts or supervising teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • strong decision-making skills to run shifts independently
  • ability to maintain a visible and engaged leadership presence on the floor
  • flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to perform well under pressure and motivate team members to exceed standards

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years in restaurant or food and beverage operations
  • 2+ years leading shifts or supervising teams in a high-volume setting
  • proven ability to run a shift independently and make real-time decisions
  • strong presence on the floor, visible, engaged, and hands-on
  • flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
  • thrives under pressure and raises the bar for team performance

Job Duties

  • Execute smooth openings, closings, and peak service periods
  • hold team members accountable to service, speed, and quality standards
  • actively coach and develop staff in real time
  • ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
  • manage cash controls, inventory flow, and shift performance metrics
  • resolve guest and team issues quickly, professionally, and confidently
