Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capable of bending, twisting, and reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Must obtain and maintain required food safety licenses
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to perform routine restaurant tasks
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
  • Ability to lead across front- and back-of-house
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and energetic leadership style
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards
  • Ability to motivate and support teams

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members during shifts
  • Support and work alongside both front- and back-of-house teams
  • Uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
  • Delegate tasks to ensure smooth operation
  • Manage open, mid, or close shift routines
  • Motivate and recognize team members
  • Communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly
