Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
- Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to company values and teamwork

- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Leadership experience with motivating and developing team members
Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
- Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and local regulations
- Maintain positive guest interactions and resolve service issues promptly
- Promote a fun, inclusive, and safe workplace environment
