This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise, distinctly separate from McDonald’s USA corporate entity. The franchise operates under a license that permits the use of McDonald’s branding, logos, and food products but maintains independent control over all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, supervision, scheduling, and employee discipline. This means that if you are selected for the role, your employment contract and relationship will be directly with the franchise owner, not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate effectively with next Shift Manager
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Manage crew scheduling and training
- Deliver exceptional customer service
