Currently, Gellert Hospitality Group is seeking experienced and motivated Shift Managers to join their teams. This role is ideal for professionals who have 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced foodservice or restaurant environment and who are eager to grow within a reputable franchise. Shift Managers will be responsible for managing shifts effectively while promoting the Five Guys culture among team members and guests.

Shift Managers at Gellert Hospitality Group play a crucial role in operational success by leading high-energy shifts, utilizing company-provided tools to optimize performance, and maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards. They act as advocates for guests, ensuring satisfaction, and oversee the adherence to safety and uniform policies, as well as managing cash procedures and inventory reporting.
