Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • some college preferred
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
  • able to lift and carry up to fifty pounds occasionally
  • able to kneel bend stoop ascend and descend stairs
  • able to reach and grasp objects

Job Duties

  • Lead high energy shifts
  • leverage company provided tools to run high performing shifts
  • be a hands on working manager
  • execute key measures of shifts including cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • act as guest advocate to ensure guest satisfaction
  • coach and train team members on procedures
  • screen prospective team members
  • motivate team members to maximize potential
  • assure team and guest safety
  • report risk management issues
  • support adherence to uniform policy
  • support management in labor cost and waste monitoring
  • monitor daily cash procedures
  • provide accurate inventory data
  • handle team member and guest situations urgently
  • support company programs and initiatives
  • ensure marketing tools are implemented
  • report new hire paperwork and separations
