Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
- able to lift and carry up to fifty pounds occasionally
- able to kneel bend stoop ascend and descend stairs
- able to reach and grasp objects

Job Duties
- Lead high energy shifts
- leverage company provided tools to run high performing shifts
- be a hands on working manager
- execute key measures of shifts including cleanliness and maintenance standards
- act as guest advocate to ensure guest satisfaction
- coach and train team members on procedures
- screen prospective team members
- motivate team members to maximize potential
- assure team and guest safety
- report risk management issues
- support adherence to uniform policy
- support management in labor cost and waste monitoring
- monitor daily cash procedures
- provide accurate inventory data
- handle team member and guest situations urgently
- support company programs and initiatives
- ensure marketing tools are implemented
- report new hire paperwork and separations
