As a Shift Leader, you are the driving force behind the restaurant's success during your assigned shifts, responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. You will serve as a mentor and coach to Family Members, helping them develop their skills and build confidence to perform their best. This role offers competitive weekly pay and a range of benefits such as paid time off, 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Whataburger also invests in employee education through scholarships, free English language courses, and reduced tuition degree pathways. The position includes flexible scheduling options including day, night, evening, and overnight shifts, making it an adaptable opportunity for various lifestyle needs. Shift Leaders enjoy additional perks such as discounted meals, wireless service discounts, and fitness memberships.

Responsibilities include leading shift management to maintain standards, coaching and motivating team members, supporting cost control initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines, and fostering a positive work culture. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Whataburger values bold leadership, growth, and collaboration, offering a clear career path that can lead to six-figure incomes for top performers.
