Job Requirements

- Have open availability including overnight, weekends, holidays, and variable hours

- Possess or obtain ServSafe Food Certification

Job Duties
- Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Coach, train, and motivate Family Members, helping new hires and seasoned team members
- Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory management
- Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements
- Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and positive work culture
- Prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to maintain restaurant efficiency
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager team to enhance operational effectiveness
