Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
  • Have open availability including overnight, weekends, holidays, and variable hours
  • Maintain dependable attendance
  • Ability to stand up to 10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Meet physical demands of the role
  • Experience coaching or leading teams
  • Possess or obtain ServSafe Food Certification

Job Duties

  • Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Coach, train, and motivate Family Members, helping new hires and seasoned team members
  • Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory management
  • Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements
  • Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and positive work culture
  • Prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to maintain restaurant efficiency
  • Collaborate with Restaurant Manager team to enhance operational effectiveness
