Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
  • have open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours
  • maintain dependable attendance
  • ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs
  • experience in team coaching or leadership
  • possess or obtain ServSafe Food Certification

Job Qualifications

  • Possess strong customer service and communication skills
  • experience in coaching or leading teams
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • ServSafe Food Certification or ability to obtain during training
  • demonstrate leadership potential and the ability to motivate others

Job Duties

  • Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • coach, train, and motivate family members to improve skills and build confidence
  • support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory control
  • uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements
  • foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture
  • prepare, lead, and transition shift operations smoothly to ensure efficient restaurant performance
