The Shift Leader role at Whataburger is a vital leadership position central to the restaurant's day-to-day success. In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Management team to sharpen your leadership skills while building a strong foundation in shift management. The role offers flexible schedules with opportunities for day, night, evening, and overnight shifts, making it accessible to candidates with various availability. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
- have open availability including overnights weekends holidays variable hours and maintain dependable attendance
- ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs
- experience coaching or leading teams
- strong customer service communication and multitasking skills
- possession or ability to obtain ServSafe Food Certification
