Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
  • be able to meet business needs and have open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours
  • maintain dependable attendance
  • have ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 pounds
  • have experience coaching or leading teams
  • possess ServSafe Food Certification or ability to obtain during training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Certification
  • dependable attendance and availability for various shifts including overnights and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • coach, train, and motivate Family Members to develop their skills and confidence
  • support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory processes
  • uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements
  • foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture
  • prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance
