This is a part-time position with an hourly pay range of $15.00 to $17.00. Job Duties

Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Shift Leader Development Plan
complete food safety certification
create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet all company standards
mentor, coach and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to General Manager
prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner
create and maintain positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example
communicate shift goals and motivate team members to meet goals and perform to their highest ability
delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during shift
maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with Zaxbys franchising guidelines, policies, and procedures
ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
receive and reconcile truck deliveries, ensure product is properly stocked, and complete daily inventory counts
manage food production and quality by monitoring prepping, cooking, and holding processes and take corrective actions when necessary
track food safety and quality throughout the shift and ensure guests receive accurate orders meeting company standards and satisfaction
plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing duties are complete
collaborate with management team to develop goals and report back to management on progress
ensure processes, policies, and procedures are properly followed throughout daily operations
follow company cash management policies
maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and guidelines
use management tools and keep neat, accurate, and current records
maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond position description
ensure team works safely and follows all safety guidelines
report human resources and risk management concerns immediately to General Manager and District Manager
escalate other concerns to supervisor when appropriate
perform all other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly
