The role of Shift Lead at Taco Bell invites individuals to step into a leadership position that is vital for the smooth operation and success of each shift. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments
  • Commitment to embodying company values and culture
