The Shift Lead role is essential to supporting the Assistant and General Manager by independently managing shifts and ensuring smooth operations. Shift Leads are responsible for mentoring their team, ensuring productivity and maintaining a positive atmosphere that aligns with Taco Bell's brand values.
The Assistant Manager role is critical for overseeing the restaurant’s day-to-day functions, motivating and coaching team members, and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
