Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
  • Previous fast food restaurant experience required
  • Communication in English is required
  • Spanish comprehension helpful
  • Fundamental skills in reading, writing, math, and computer/POS systems
  • Strong leadership skills including calmness under pressure
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations
  • Ability to display a positive attitude
  • Ability to treat others with respect and care
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Spanish and/or English
  • Self-motivation and action-oriented approach
  • Willingness to admit mistakes and take accountability
  • Dependable and reliable attendance
  • Reliable transportation to work and events
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous fast food restaurant experience
  • Strong leadership skills including leading by example
  • Effective communication skills in English, Spanish comprehension helpful
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive attitude with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all restaurant activities during assigned shifts
  • Ensure smooth store operations and adherence to company standards
  • Interact with guests and resolve concerns promptly
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff
  • Handle cash management and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
  • Manage sales and labor tracking within Rackson systems
  • Lead by example and foster a positive team environment
  • Support shift operations hands-on including food preparation and guest service
