Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
- Previous fast food restaurant experience required
- Communication in English is required
- Spanish comprehension helpful
- Fundamental skills in reading, writing, math, and computer/POS systems
- Strong leadership skills including calmness under pressure
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations
- Ability to display a positive attitude
- Ability to treat others with respect and care
- Strong verbal communication skills in Spanish and/or English
- Self-motivation and action-oriented approach
- Willingness to admit mistakes and take accountability
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Reliable transportation to work and events
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous fast food restaurant experience
- Strong leadership skills including leading by example
- Effective communication skills in English, Spanish comprehension helpful
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Proficiency in reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills
- Self-motivated and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant activities during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth store operations and adherence to company standards
- Interact with guests and resolve concerns promptly
- Supervise and train restaurant staff
- Handle cash management and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Manage sales and labor tracking within Rackson systems
- Lead by example and foster a positive team environment
- Support shift operations hands-on including food preparation and guest service
