Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years previous supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proven leadership capabilities
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- customer service oriented mindset
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- willingness to assist other positions as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills

- passionate about hospitality and guest service

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in staffing the restaurant timely and efficiently
- ensure the restaurant environment is safe for team members and guests
- create a positive culture through respect, recognition, and reward
- maintain calm and tactful demeanor when addressing guest concerns
- greet all guests promptly and ensure a positive dining experience
- handle orders and inquiries professionally
- resolve low-level guest issues positively
- control cash, property, product, and equipment
- build sales and control labor and food costs
- maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
- coach, mentor and develop team members
- ensure risk management compliance
- support all other positions as necessary
