Job Duties
- ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- assist the general manager with proper task execution, safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, and reporting
- work alongside team members to coach and develop preparation and packaging of customer orders in a timely manner
- oversee cleanliness of dining room and food preparation areas
- ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained
