Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work various shifts
  • frequent lifting or moving of items over 50 pounds
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
  • drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • assist the general manager with proper task execution, safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, and reporting
  • work alongside team members to coach and develop preparation and packaging of customer orders in a timely manner
  • oversee cleanliness of dining room and food preparation areas
  • ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained
