The Restaurant Shift Leader role at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores is a pivotal position that supports the smooth operation of the restaurant facilities within the travel stops. In this role, you will assist the General Manager by overseeing essential tasks that ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen environment. You will be responsible for enforcing proper food safety procedures and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in both the kitchen and dining areas.
