Currently, Cicis Pizza in Huntsville is hiring for the position of Hourly Manager / Shift Leader with options for full-time and part-time employment. The role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and fostering an exciting and positive atmosphere for both guests and staff. Key responsibilities include setting an example of excellence in customer service, leading with enthusiasm and a positive mental attitude, adhering to cash handling procedures, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness through daily, weekly, and monthly checklists. The manager is expected to participate actively in all scheduled meetings and work flexible shifts spanning opening, lunch, dinner, and closing hours as needed.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic cash handling skills
- Willingness to participate in training
