The role of Shift Lead at Taco Bell within Flynn Group is integral to maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency. As a Shift Lead, you will support the Assistant and General Managers by running shifts independently and embracing the Live Más spirit—a philosophy centered around delivering more from life and encouraging a positive, energetic workplace. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
