Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to enforce company policies and procedures
  • willingness to work collaboratively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or food service leadership role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead by example and work as part of a team
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
  • hands on supervision of the restaurant including occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
  • hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
  • ensuring staff follows established recipes and procedures
  • enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • controlling the guest flow and monitoring ticket times
  • enforcing compliance with employment policies in areas of responsibility
  • coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
  • performing 100% table visits if applicable
  • practicing safe food handling procedures
  • maintaining culture and core values including passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
  • working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
  • creating a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives for the staff
