As a Restaurant Team Member at Whataburger, you become the secret ingredient that brings every shift to life, blending teamwork, laughter, and a passion for serving craveable food. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and want flexible scheduling options that fit their lifestyle. Whataburger offers both part-time and full-time positions with shifts available during the day, night, evening, and overnight, accommodating various life schedules and needs. Restaurant Team Members play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team in delivering excellent service. The company rewards dedication with competitive weekly pay, scholarship opportunities, paid time off, and a suite of discounts including wireless service, computer software, fitness memberships, and discounted meals. There are also clear pathways for growth, highlighting that operating partners can earn a six-figure income, reflecting the possibilities for career advancement within Whataburger. Employees benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans if they average at least 30 hours per week. Additionally, Whataburger is proud to offer recognition programs, retirement celebrations, and numerous other incentives that cultivate a positive workplace environment. This role invites individuals ready to be part of a hardworking and supportive team where every day is an adventure and every effort is appreciated.
