We are currently looking to hire a Server who will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our members and guests. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in providing timely and accurate service. The Server will be responsible for setting up side stations, performing assigned side work, and promptly attending to guests upon seating. In addition to distributing menus, the Server will answer questions, suggest menu items, and ensure that every order is taken accurately and delivered efficiently. Coordination with kitchen staff and attention to special cooking instructions are key aspects of this role.

The Server will skillfully assemble food trays, serve meals by course, and verify guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. This includes replenishing beverages, removing soiled dishes, and suggesting desserts and after-dinner drinks. Accuracy in presenting bills and ensuring proper check signatures are also under the Server's purview. Maintaining cleanliness in the dining and bus station areas and assisting with cleanup and closing duties are essential responsibilities. Effective communication with supervisors regarding any complaints or issues is expected to help maintain high service standards.

The role requires the ability to work long hours with physical demands such as sitting, standing, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment includes exposure to varying temperatures that may range from heat to cold and humidity, common in kitchen and dining settings.
