Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old for server position
- Must be at least 21 years old for bartender position (per state law)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Must be able to exert mobility for up to four hours continuously
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Willingness to wear protective and face coverings throughout shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands and use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Must be available for in-person work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- For bartenders, must be knowledgeable in mixing beverages and cocktail recipes
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Make menu recommendations and answer customer questions
- Anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff
- Uphold health and safety protocols throughout the shift
