The Passenger is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic team members for a hybrid front-of-house position that merges elements of serving, bartending, and elevated guest hospitality. This role is crafted for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential. The employment offered is on a wage-plus-tips basis, with the base wage ranging from $12.14 to $15 per hour depending on experience. Tips can significantly enhance earnings, especially during special occasions such as Mother's Day.

In this role, team members are cross-trained to create seamless and memorable guest experiences throughout the restaurant and the adjoining Dickens Opera House, ensuring a smooth dining flow and exceptional service across all guest touchpoints. Responsibilities include guiding guests through carefully curated menus featuring food, cocktails, wine, and zero-proof beverages, providing attentive table service, preparing and serving a diverse range of drinks, and maintaining an inviting and polished atmosphere. Team members also contribute to the efficient operation of the restaurant by assisting with opening and closing side work, supporting private events, live music nights, and special experiences that contribute to the vibrant and immersive environment of The Passenger.

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through food, cocktail, wine, and zero-proof menus
