Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in a similar server role
  • Availability for full-time or part-time shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to obtain responsible alcohol service certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in restaurant service
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, especially seafood and wine
  • Sommelier and/or Cicerone certification considered a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
  • Certification or willingness to train for responsible alcohol service
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional hospitality and guest service
  • Guide guests through food and wine selections with knowledgeable recommendations
  • Maintain detailed attention to service etiquette and steps
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Adapt to various service roles as needed
  • Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area
