Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a similar server role
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to obtain responsible alcohol service certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in restaurant service
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, especially seafood and wine
- Sommelier and/or Cicerone certification considered a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
- Certification or willingness to train for responsible alcohol service
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality and guest service
- Guide guests through food and wine selections with knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain detailed attention to service etiquette and steps
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt to various service roles as needed
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area
