This country-coastal venue is designed both as a neighborhood favorite and a destination spot, offering an inviting atmosphere that combines the best of southern hospitality with great BBQ food, craft cocktails, and live entertainment. The restaurant is currently in the exciting phase of opening soon on Clematis Street and is actively looking for dedicated restaurant servers to join their opening team. This role is perfectly suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume bar and dining environments and who bring a fun, engaging, and energetic presence to the floor. The servers will be the face of the West Palm Cowboy Club, greeting guests warmly to set the tone for their visit and ensuring every dining experience meets the club's high standards. The ideal candidate is someone who can multitask efficiently, communicate confidently with guests, and maintain composure even during busy periods, particularly peak late-night rushes.
Experience with Toast POS, especially handheld devices, is strongly preferred as this system is integral to managing orders accurately and efficiently in a bustling setting. Servers will take accurate orders, deliver food and drinks promptly, and check in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and address additional requests. The role also requires an energetic and lively approach to encourage upselling of cocktails, sharables, specials, and late-night menu items. Building genuine rapport with guests to foster memorable moments and encourage repeat visits is another key aspect of this position.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurants or bar environments
- Strong communication skills and a passion for great food drinks and hospitality
- Ability to multitask handle pressure and maintain standards during busy service and late-night crowds
- Works well in a fast-paced team-driven environment
- Understanding of basic sanitation and food safety practices
- Experience with Toast preferred handheld experience a plus
- Reliable transportation and availability

Job Duties
- Greet each guest quickly and warmly setting the tone for an upbeat and welcoming Cowboy Club experience
- Present menus confidently and offer knowledgeable recommendations on food cocktails whiskey and specials
- Take accurate orders using Toast handhelds and follow seat numbers for precision service
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring correct presentation and guest satisfaction
- Check back regularly for refills additional needs or guest feedback
- Maintain awareness during high-volume moments and adapt to the pace while staying composed
- Follow steps of service and contribute to the energetic fun environment WPCC is known for
- Actively suggest cocktails sharables specials and late-night items
- Build genuine rapport to create memorable guest moments and encourage repeat visits
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary
