Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated AM Restaurant Servers to join our team. Whether you are interested in full-time or part-time work, with flexible hours available, this role provides the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your hospitality skills and warm personality will shine. As a Restaurant Server with us, you will be a key part of the guest dining journey, responsible for delivering exceptional service that goes beyond taking orders and serving food. This position offers a competitive pay of $11 per hour plus tips, providing an excellent earning opportunity for motivated individuals. Our restaurant servers are expected to welcome and seat guests in a clean, well-prepared dining area, take food and beverage orders with confidence and clarity, and ensure that every plate is delivered on time with proper presentation. Anticipating guest needs and providing thoughtful follow-up are also crucial parts of the job, all while maintaining composure and professionalism during high-volume periods.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time with flexible hours
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress standards
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Prior serving experience in a fast-paced or upscale dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards
  • Exceptional communication and guest-engagement skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining poise and professionalism
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or Toast
  • Collaborative and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the hospitality industry
