The role being offered is that of a Food and Beverage Server, designed to ensure a satisfying dining experience for hotel guests. This position is integral to the front-of-house operations in the hotel's restaurant and requires a high level of customer interaction, attention to detail, and knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Employees in this role take food and beverage orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensure that meals are delivered promptly and accurately to guests according to Sonesta's stringent service standards. The position mandates an understanding of menu items, including wine and liquor knowledge, proper use of glassware, garnishes, and service tools. The role also involves routine maintenance of the dining environment and equipment to uphold the highest cleanliness and service quality standards.

This is a full-time employment opportunity offering a competitive base pay rate ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour plus eligibility for tips, making this role financially rewarding for motivated and skilled service professionals.
