Job Requirements

  • Must possess a Food Handler's Card
  • Must possess a Class 12 MAST Card
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings as needed

  • Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments
  • Adaptable to change, flexible, and empathetic
  • Highly customer oriented and responsive
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where continuous improvement is expected
  • Possess a Food Handler's Card

Job Duties

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders into the point-of-sale system
  • Initiate contact with guests within 15 feet with a sincere welcome and willingness to assist
  • Execute server sequence proficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction
  • Prepare final bill and maintain effective communication with guests and team members
