We are currently hiring Servers to join our dynamic food and beverage team at Concord Hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for serving others and creating positive guest experiences. Servers at Concord Hospitality are often the first or last point of contact for guests during their day, playing a crucial role in shaping the overall impression of the property. Your friendly smile, cheerful attitude, and proactive approach will help set the tone for an enjoyable experience. Serving in our outlets requires excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility, and a genuine interest in engaging with guests. This role demands a calm and composed demeanor even during busy or challenging times, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. As a Server, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized workspace, solving potential problems, and working closely with management to uphold our high standards of service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
  • Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
  • Carefully monitor the operation of the food and beverage outlet and assist the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
