The role of Server at Avion Hospitality is a crucial position responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service to guests. This role involves taking accurate food and drink orders, serving dishes and beverages timely and courteously, preparing itemized checks for customers, and handling payment transactions when necessary. Servers are also tasked with additional responsibilities such as escorting guests to their tables, attending to customers seated at counters, setting up and clearing tables efficiently, and operating the cash register. An important aspect of this role includes verifying the identification of guests to ensure compliance with the minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption, aligning with legal and company standards.

Servers at Avion Hospitality must embody professionalism and hospitality excellence, consistently providing guests with a warm, inviting dining experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hotel or related field preferred
  • Alcohol Awareness certification compliant with state regulations
  • Food Handlers certification compliant with state regulations

  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
